Bank BNP Paribas has received support in empowering the customer service processes for older customers at its branches and was awarded our OK SENIOR® certificate.
We started the process of supporting our client with a diagnosis of customer service standards, then supported the bank in preparing communication to this group that would not be stigmatising, and conducted several rounds of cyclical training on how to serve older customers, using geriatric suits.
