ORANGE educates thousands of customers on ABCsenior.com

Orange, which is the market-leading telecom provider, has taken it upon itself during the pandemic to increase education for older customers in order to raise their level of digital competence.

Thousands of Seniors have taken part in Orange courses since mid-2020. Some of them started with zero skills.

We supported the customer by offering an online education platform adapted to the perception of older users. Classes were held once a week and lasted 60 minutes. They were conducted live by experienced trainers from Orange.

Our task was to prepare the IT tools for the classes and prepare the panel for participant registration. The next step was to develop graphics and messages and then send them out to hundreds of senior citizens' organisations, as well as advertising on social media and elsewhere to encourage participation in the courses.

During the live classes, we were the chat administrator and reported on the number of course participants in real-time.

As a result of the education we have been providing for the past three years, we have received a lot of thank-yous from seniors, and the final participants include not only individuals but also Third Age Universities and senior citizens' clubs.

Orange is still continuing with the ABCsenior.com classes and the autumn 2023 edition is about to start.
